Matt Dolan has been an equipment operator for the City of West Des Moines since 1998
He served for ten years on the Iowa SPOT (Snow Plow Operator Training) and Roadeo Committee. Matt conducts several talks around the nation every year sharing his experience of winter maintenance. In the winter you can find Matt making brine, blending de-icing chemicals and plowing snow.
